Youth Ministries At Trinity Baptist Church
6th – 12th Grade
At Trinity Baptist Church, our vision for our Youth Ministry is to see students passionately living out their faith, grounded in a deep love for Jesus and a strong understanding of God’s Word. We strive to create a community where each student feels known, supported, and inspired to make a lasting impact on the world around them. Our prayer is that they grow into confident disciples of Christ, equipped to live with purpose and truth in a world that desperately needs both.
Real Life, Real Faith
At Youth Ministry, our students start with intentional time to hang out, play games, and build community. From there, they move into a focused message that speaks to their real-life struggles, questions, and experiences—all grounded in Scripture.
Under the leadership of Rob Beaudreault, known affectionately by our teens as Mr. B, our ministry creates a space where students can be themselves while learning how to walk with Jesus in everyday life. Whether it’s through midweek gatherings, retreats, or simple moments of conversation, Mr. B brings wisdom, humor, and a heart for seeing students grow in faith and character.
Partnering with Parents
Our Youth Ministry walks alongside families to minister to students in grades 6 through 12. We understand the vital role parents play in spiritual development, and we aim to support and encourage them as they disciple their teens. Whether through Sunday School, small groups, one-on-one mentorship, youth worship nights, retreats, or mission trips, we provide intentional spaces for students to grow in faith and community.
A Time of Identity and Direction
Teenage years are full of growth, discovery, and important decisions. It’s a time when many begin to define who they are and where they’re headed. While it’s natural for teens to seek independence, we believe this is also a crucial season to point them toward Christ. Our desire is to help students find their identity in Jesus, rather than the world, and to understand that they are citizens of heaven—called to live for something greater.

Life on Earth is temporary, but God’s Kingdom is forever. We want every teen to have confidence in their salvation and to be prepared to stand before their Creator, knowing they are loved and known.
