Mission & Vision
Our Mission
The mission of Trinity Baptist Church is: To Worship, Grow, and Go!
We faithfully follow Christ through discipleship, evangelism, and ministry. Everything we do flows from our love for God and our neighbor, with the goal of glorifying Christ in all that we do.
We worship because God is worthy of all honor, praise, and devotion. Worship is more than music; it is a lifestyle of surrender and reverence to the Lord. As Jesus said in John 4:24, “God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” Through gathered worship and daily obedience, we aim to lift high the name of Jesus in all areas of life.
We grow through discipleship. Jesus commands His followers to make disciples, teaching them to observe all that He has commanded (Matthew 28:19–20). At Trinity, we grow together in our understanding of Scripture, in spiritual maturity, and in love for one another. Colossians 2:6–7 encourages us, “Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith.”
We go in obedience to the call to share the gospel and serve others. Evangelism and ministry are the natural outworking of a heart transformed by Christ. Romans 10:14 asks, “How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed?” We are called to go into our community and to the ends of the earth with the message of hope found in Jesus. As we go, we also serve, following the example of Christ who came to serve and give His life for many (Mark 10:45).
Everything we do and say is meant to point others to Jesus.

Our Vision
The Vision of Trinity Baptist Church is three-fold: Discipleship, Evangelism, and Ministry.
First, we will use Discipleship to reach the saved through the Word of God.
This includes Sunday School, Bible Study, and Mentoring Programs that help believers grow in spiritual maturity. Jesus said in Matthew 28:19–20, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations… teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” Colossians 1:28 also affirms this: “Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ.”
Second, we will use Evangelism to share Jesus with the lost.
Through Visitation, Outreach, and Community Events, we seek to proclaim the gospel to those who have not yet heard or believed. Romans 10:14–15 says, “How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard?… As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!’”
Third, we will use Ministries to be the hands and feet of Jesus to the world.
This includes Giving to Missions and supporting other ministries that God leads us to engage in. Matthew 25:40 reminds us, “Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.” Galatians 6:10 encourages us, “So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.”
