Kevin Long
Senior Pastor
Pastor Kevin Long has faithfully served as the pastor of Trinity Baptist Church since September 2019. He and his wife, Priscilla, were married in 2006 and are proud parents of four wonderful children: Hannah, Emily, Tiffany, and Isaac.
As lifelong residents of Polk County, Kevin and Priscilla have a deep love for their community. Kevin is passionate about preaching and teaching God’s Word, helping others grow in their faith by sharing God’s truth in a clear and relevant way. He studied at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Divinity at Baptist University of Florida.
Outside of church, Pastor Kevin enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, trying new foods, and enjoying the outdoors. He welcomes everyone with open arms and has a heart to serve.

Our Leadership
Hannah Long
Worship Leader
Hannah Long has been passionate about music from a young age. Growing up singing in church and learning to play the piano, she developed a deep love for worship that continues to inspire those around her today. Whether she’s leading a song or harmonizing in the background, Hannah’s heart for God shines through every note.
Though her family might lovingly say she sings a little too often at home, her joyful spirit and musical gifts are a blessing to our church community. When she’s not serving on the worship team, Hannah works as a veterinary assistant, where her compassion and care extend to God’s creatures, big and small.
She also enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and, of course, indulging in a bit of shopping.
Debbie Riddle
Kids Ministry Director
Debbie Riddle brings warmth, joy, and a deep love for God to our Children’s Ministry at Trinity Baptist Church. With a lifelong passion for working with kids, she is dedicated to helping them grow in their faith and know they are loved and valued.
Debbie has spent many years teaching and serving in ministry, using her gifts to guide and encourage the next generation. Her nurturing spirit creates a welcoming and uplifting environment where children can learn about Jesus in a fun and meaningful way.
She has been happily married to her husband, Dale, since 1985. They have three grown children and 12 cherished grandchildren. Family is a big part of Debbie’s life, and she loves making memories with her grandkids and spending time with her extended family and close friends.
We are truly grateful for Debbie’s leadership and heart. Under her care, your children will feel safe, supported, and excited to grow in their walk with Christ.
Kevin & Priscilla Long
Youth Ministry Director
Priscilla Long was born and raised in Polk County, Florida where she developed a deep love for God, family, and community. As the wife of Pastor Kevin Long, she has faithfully served alongside her husband in ministry, supporting the vision God has placed on their hearts for Trinity Baptist Church.
Priscilla is a devoted mother to four wonderful children – Hannah, Emily, Tiffany, and Isaac – and finds great joy in raising them to know and follow the Lord. She has nearly 15 years of formal experience working with children and teens, and her heart for the next generation extends beyond her own family. As the Sunday morning youth leader, she is passionate about helping young people grow in their faith, understand God’s Word, and build a foundation that will guide them throughout their lives.
Currently, Priscilla is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Christian Counseling. Her desire is to use this education to encourage and counsel others through a Christ-centered perspective.
In her free time, Priscilla enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, sipping iced coffee, indulging in salted caramel chocolates, and reading books on apologetics, theology, and biblical doctrine. She believes that spiritual growth never stops and loves diving deeper into God’s truth both personally and with others.
Through every season of life and ministry, Priscilla’s greatest desire is to bring glory to God, serve others with a joyful heart, and point people to the hope found in Jesus Christ.
R.V. Abraham
College & Career Director
Mr. Abraham has been a member of Trinity Baptist Church since 2021. In August of 2022, the Lord presented him with an opportunity to serve as the leader in the Wednesday night “College & Career” small group, where young adults meet, receive discipleship, and have an interactive discussion over Scripture. Ever since then, the group has grown spiritually grown and continues to grow, as they dive into God’s Word weekly.
On a side note, Mr. Abraham is a native of Lakeland and has an educational background in engineering. When he is not working and serving, he enjoys the gym, reading, the outdoors, domestic travel, and spending time with his family.
Vicki Devine

Vicki & Joe have been married since 1991 and he still makes her laugh (most days). Together they have 3 kids: a daughter and two sons, who have blessed them with a whole squad of grandkids. They have seven grown grandsons and one precious granddaughter. Vicki and Joe started out in Pennsylvania, did a ten-year stop in Richmond, Virginia, and have been happily settled in Lakeland since 2000. Vicki has been a nurse since 1991, which means she has seen it all, and at every chance she gets she still loves to help and care for people.
Being a church member since 2019, Vicki serves as the secretary, which means she is behind the bulletins, announcements and all those “you probably forgot, so here’s your reminder” messages. Vicki also serves as a greeter and welcomes people as they come in, which is one of her favorite things! Vicki loves both new and familiar faces and welcomes them with a big smile (and maybe even a hug, if you’re lucky!). She finds it a joy to serve in a place where she can mix her love for people, laughter, and a whole lot of God!
